The Exped Ultra 6.5R Duo Sleeping Mat is designed for backpackers and alpine travellers who want reliable four season insulation while sharing a lightweight sleep system. Built for year round adventures including backpacking, bikepacking, and alpine touring, it balances strong thermal performance with a compact pack size.
Two independent air chambers create separate mat halves, reducing movement transfer so one sleeper shifting during the night does not disturb the other. SYNMAT PLUS TECHNOLOGY combines recycled synthetic microfibre insulation with a reflective layer to maximise warmth while maintaining a lightweight and quiet construction. The Cradle Comfort design raises the outer air chambers slightly to improve support and stability.
The recycled bluesign recognised ripstop polyester fabric is ultra light while offering increased durability compared with conventional lightweight materials. Two flat valves allow quick inflation and rapid deflation, while the included Schnozzel pumpbag provides fast and moisture free inflation.
